Request Deletion
To request deletion of your HookVault account and saved vault data, use the account deletion option in the app or email support@hookvault.com from the email address used for your HookVault account.
What To Include
- Subject: HookVault Account Deletion Request
- The email address connected to your HookVault account
- A short confirmation that you want your account and saved vault data deleted
What Gets Deleted
Deletion requests cover the account and saved HookVault entries associated with that account, including hooks, body/script text, captions, titles, platform labels, custom platform labels, part/version labels, uploaded images, uploaded videos, media notes, media records, stored media files, and related entry metadata.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. We may retain purchase, security, or support records when required for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or account-integrity reasons.
Timing
We will respond to deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Manual deletion requests may take up to 30 days to complete.
